Which essential oils are safe to ingest?

With so many options on the essential oils landscape, it may be difficult to know which oils are safe to ingest. But fear not, Young Living makes it really easy to decipher what is safe to put in our food, drinks, and capsules!

Follow the instructions on the label and do not exceed the amount listed on the label. Remember, too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
